FSP in Roswell is for adult athletes and non-athletes alike. Like our Sports Performance Programs, FSP’s group training sessions are planned, structured, and implemented for your success. Whatever your goals, there’s a periodized plan for you. We offer strength and conditioning workouts with an emphasis on complete total-body fitness to promote sustainable physical gains and healthy athleticism. We offer fun and effective group fitness where FSP members master foundational movements on the path to increased stamina and healthier body composition. Whatever the program, all participants will receive professional coaching of proper technique, posture, and mobility through a variety of exercises and workouts by degreed and certified Strength & Conditioning Coaches and Fitness Instructors. 

While FSP Group Fitness sessions are more than group exercise or a boot camp class, there is no need to be intimidated by the thought of “training” as opposed to “exercising”. Our workouts are scalable to all abilities and fitness levels. Every exercise, drill, and workout can be altered to suit your specific needs. All skill levels and abilities can train together seamlessly in a fun environment that blends functional training real results.  Our comprehensive testing battery examines all aspects of physical fitness to show you the results of your hard work. Whether your goal is muscle mass, strength, or effective weight loss, FSP is for you.

GROUP FITNESS TRAINING

Fitness shouldn’t be mindless or exclusive, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be fun for everyone. FSP’s group fitness sessions are designed to be scalable to all ability levels. All clients train together doing varying progressions of the same exercise or drill in order to reach their goals.

Through safe, scientifically proven training methods, all clients can reach their goals. Through quantifiable scientific testing protocols, we can prove it. Lose fat, build muscle, improve balance and coordination, and have fun doing it.

PERSONAL & SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Do you have more specific goals in mind? Do you have mobility concerns that fall outside of the group training? Are you post-rehab and need some extra attention? Maybe you just want to train 1-on-1

FSP’s Certified Personal Trainers will design a program just for you and your specific goals.

Do you want to train with your friends but are uncomfortable in large groups? Our trainers do small group training for up to 5 people as well! Our trainers devise a program based on the needs of your group and put you to work.

HYBRID TRAINING

Take advantage of FSP’s well-crafted individualized programs on your own time. If you’re someone with a fluctuating schedule, or live too far away to attend our sessions regularly, FSP’s program design specialists will structure a top-to-bottom personal training program for you!

Hybrid Training clients meet with an FSP Certified Personal Trainer once per week to establish new exercises, clean up techniques, or re-acquire old exercises.

ONLINE TRAINING

Take advantage of FSP’s well-crafted individualized programs on your own time. If you’re someone with a fluctuating schedule, or live too far away to attend our sessions regularly, FSP’s program design specialists will structure a top-to-bottom personal training program for you!

Online Training clients video chat with a Certified Personal Trainer once weekly to ensure proper form and discuss the introduction new exercises and modifications.
