In FSP’s premier summer athlete training program for high school and collegiate players, athletes will unlock playmaking speed, game-dominating strength, and season-long injury resistance for athletes in the Roswell, Alpharetta, and Milton areas. They’ll develop 1st-step explosivity and quick change-of-direction as they master the proper technique and efficient performance of field-proven multi-direction plyometric, speed, and agility drills. They’ll build on advanced weightlifting and powerlifting progressions through modern loading techniques in a professional-style athlete training program scaled to the high school and college athlete and instructed by battle-tested degreed and Certified Strength & Conditioning Coaches. This elite athlete training program was designed by athletes, for athletes, to properly advance athletic development during the off-season and set them up for huge success in-season.
