All coaches love working with top-tier athletes. My passion is working with youth athletes and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. Over the course of my playing career, I experienced a lot. Sports puts more on our bodies every level we rise to and at a certain point, I found myself playing through injuries more often than I was healthy.
It wasn’t until later during my education that I discovered this was a combination of 3 things: playing a contact sport, overuse, and improper training.
Youth training gone wrong hurts development, causes injuries, and leads to physical and mental burnout. Our goal at FSP is to train young athletes, develop good habits through positive reinforcement and world class training techniques, and instill the confidence in them to succeed at athletics and beyond.

How we go about it...
Progression
Multi-phase, periodized training helps organize improved exercise progression, increased load, and heightened drill difficulty to keep your athlete moving forward through the program.
Accountability
