DEDICATED STRENGTH & CONDITIONING FACILITY IN ROSWELL, GA
FSP’s Sports Performance Training Facility is more than just a fitness gym. It’s a 5,000sf, open, climate-controlled facility located in Roswell, GA designed for the serious athlete. Our collegiate-style facility allows FSP Coaches the versatility to train teams, athletes, serious lifters, fitness enthusiasts, and health-conscious people.
Our facility houses top-flight equipment, a 3-lane 30yd turfed runway, a spacious turf multi-purpose zone, dedicated strength stations, a large dumbbell & auxiliary strength area, and a waiting/ viewing area for parents.
6 POWER-RACK & OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING STATIONS
Our 8′ full power racks enable us to coach big strength bilateral movements to large groups of athletes at once. Their multi-functionality allows athletes to seamlessly transition between bench press, squats, pull-ups, and more.
3″ thick 8×6 dedicated Olympic Weightlifting platforms reduce sounds and deaden the bounce of the bar on missed lifts. The designated space allows each active athlete a wide berth and large safety net while practicing explosive, high velocity loaded movements.
Heavy-duty stackable technique boxes enable our staff to teach explosive pulls from various depths as well as assist tighter athletes in hinging properly while they simultaneously improve mobility and strength.
ELITE SERIES BARS & PLATES
True weightlifting bars with bearings and “whip” assist in the summation of forces required during the Olympic lifts while reducing the “kick” that often occurs with cheaper bars while receiving the load on the shoulders or overhead.
Competition-series bumper plates provide a deader drop, or less bounce, when returning the bar to the platform. This prevents “runaway bars” and reduces the likelihood of injury. The more accurate calibration of these plates ensures that each side of the body is being loaded equally.
DUMBBELLS, KETTLEBELLS, MEDBALLS, & MORE!
We carry dumbbells (5lb-95lb) and kettlebells (3kg-40kg) to help our athletes develop bilateral and unilateral strength, hypertrophy, and injury resistance.
We throw our medicine balls with high velocity to develop power through all movement planes.
Heavy duty oak plyometric boxes assist our athletes in learning proper jumping & landing mechanics while reducing ground reaction forces upon landing.
Acceleration sleds, harnesses, and resistance tubes help athletes understand proper sprint mechanics while developing explosive power.
