YEAR-ROUND BEGINNER'S PROGRAMS FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ATHLETES
Get your Elementary School athlete off to the right start. Our Youth Athlete training program establishes healthy foundations of movement and athletic skills. There’s a window of opportunity in a child’s development where they are most receptive to new motor programs, as well as the concept of emotional maturity. With FSP, your child will learn to run faster, jump higher, learn new motor skills, improve confidence, and have a great time doing it!

Youth athlete training sessions revolve around fun activities and drills that will ingrain lifelong fitness habits in your young athlete so they have the best opportunity to succeed in athletics and in life. Our sessions focus primarily on:

These days, it’s more difficult than ever to play multiple sports at a competitive level, especially in the South. Performance training in young athletes helps to stimulate muscles and movements not predominantly used in their primary sport. Training the antagonists to their primary movements keeps young athletes healthy and prevents overuse injuries long-term!
