YEAR-ROUND BEGINNER'S PROGRAMS FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ATHLETES

Get your Elementary School athlete off to the right start. Our Youth Athlete program establishes healthy foundations of movement and athletic skills that advanced skills are ultimately built upon. There’s a window of opportunity in a child’s development where they are most receptive to new motor programs and the concept of emotional maturity. With FSP, your child will learn to run faster, jump higher, learn new motor skills, improve confidence, and have a great time doing it!

YOUTH ATHLETE DETAILS

Youth athlete sessions revolve around fun activities and drills that will ingrain lifelong fitness habits in your young athlete so they have the best opportunity to succeed in athletics and in life. Our sessions focus primarily on:

FSP’s incremental approach to exercise progression enables your young athlete to achieve mastery over simpler variations of an exercise or movement pattern before trying their hand at the complex versions. INJURY & FATIGUE RESISTANCE

These days, it’s more difficult than ever to play multiple sports at a competitive level, especially in the South. Performance training in young athletes helps to stimulate muscles and movements not predominantly used in their primary sport. Training the antagonists to their primary movements keeps young athletes healthy and prevents overuse injuries long-term!
