WHAT IT IS

Part of the journey is understanding what your body can do and having complete control over it.

WHY IT MATTERS

Growth is hard and longer limb lengths can make for a lot of awkward movement patterns and less precision in-game. This lack of coordination can lead to confidence issues on and off the field. Learning what your body is capable of and what to do with it are crucial to short- and long-term success.

Left to our own devices, we craft a version of what we think a movement is in our brains. Early speed and movement training can help ingrain a more efficient and technically sound version of that specific movement pattern.

HOW WE DO IT

Utilizing tried and true drills and techniques, we place them in environments where precision is not only necessary, it’s easier to accomplish. By offering our athletes guidelines and structure instead of just free play, they’re able to confidently wrap their heads around what their bodies are capable of.

Youth Athletes learn how to connect their brain to their feet through a variety of coordination drills designed to have an immediate and long-term impact on speed and agility.

WHAT IT IS

Knowing what your body CAN do is only half the battle. Next up is knowing how to make it happen. In young athletes, it’s learning how to use all of the muscle you already have.

WHY IT MATTERS

Strength is a difference maker. It keeps the joints supported to prevent injury. It amplifies the improvements made in efficient movements. Most importantly, it makes for confident young athletes.

HOW WE DO IT

Our degreed and certified coaches give each athlete progressions that are designed for their success. By achieving early success and building on it, each and every young athlete is able to sustainably recruit the muscle they already have in order to throw faster and hit harder and the find the confidence to do it.

Youth Athletes pick up weights to not only build strength, but to develop the stability on the ground and in their joints to produce quality athletic movements and learn new sports skills.

There’s a common misconception that all athletes can train the same way regardless of age. Young athletes might need the same movement mechanics as older athletes but the way they go about acquiring them is exceedingly different.

WHY IT MATTERS

Young athletes that train in the exact same way as older more advanced athletes set themselves up for failure. The drills might look cool but is it actually helping them? More importantly, it could be hurting them in the future.
