How we go about it...

Progression

Multi-phase, periodized training helps organize improved exercise progression, increased load, and heightened drill difficulty to keep your athlete moving forward through the program.

Accountability

FSP athletes take ownership of their training. They know that they're the ones ultimately responsible for their result and hold themselves to a certain standard that most athletes don't.

Consistency

The whole lynchpin of training for a result is consistency. We stay stagnant without it. If stimuli aren't applied at regular frequency, the body feels no need to adapt and we lose valuable time.

No Exhaustion

Nothing derails consistency like overreaching on progression or load far too often. FSP athletes are able to get stronger year-round, in-season and out-, by staying submaxinal more often.

Completion

Training and practices are only half the battle. Without proper sleep, nutrition, and personal management, results and gains are diminished. We help athletes get everything they put into it.
